We are seeking a female support worker to work nights from 10pm - 8am supporting 11 -18 year old females.
- Must be a female aged over 21 years of age.
- Be working towards or have achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Residential childrens homes, or equivalent as stated in Ofsted childrens homes quality standards.
- Be confident in working alone in a challenging environment (working with females aged between 11-17 that have emotional and behavioural needs)
- Preferablytrained in Team Teach de-escalation and physical intervention young people are extremely challenging.
