Attwood Perks is partnering with a forward-thinking, innovative business in Ipswich who are committed to building cutting-edge systems and applications that drive business success. Due to continued expansion they are now looking to appoint a Full-Stack Developer on a permanent basis.

If you’re a talented Full-Stack Developer that’s passionate about both front-end and back-end technologies and keen to thrive in a highly collaborative environment, this is the role for you.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of business systems and web applications.

You’ll work with a team of talented engineers to create seamless, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across the entire stack and wants to make a significant impact in a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop front-end and back-end features and functionality.
  • Build efficient, scalable, and reusable code across multiple platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
  • Ensure responsiveness and performance of applications on various devices.
  • Continuously improve application functionality through testing, iteration, and feedback.
  • To design, implement, test and document new systems written in .NET 8.
  • Modification and maintenance of SQL Server databases.
  • To translate specifications into technical specifications.

Key Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in the following technologies: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, Web Services.
  • Experienced using Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Experienced using Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Ability to produce written communications (e.g. training documents, project plans).
  • Experience of project managing software development work.
  • Experience with source control and peer reviews.
  • Knowledge of automated testing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ideally knowledge of Azure hosting environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
