We are currently representing a multi-disciplinary practice incorporating in both Residential and Commercial work, who are seeking a Trainee Surveyor to join their business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who invest heavily in training and progression, therefore ideal for someone looking for a long term career in this sector.

The role will involve working alongside experienced Surveyors, undertaking risk assessment of properties for secured lending. You will also assist in the provision of professional services advice for clients and customers. The position will also involve supporting Surveyors with audit requirements, reports and marketing. This opportunity is also supported by our clients to achieve relevant training and qualifications to become a qualified RICS Surveyor.

Working hours:

Full Time or Part Time

The successful Trainee Residential Surveyor ,  will be offered:

  • Basic salary between £23-25K per annum
  • 10% Commission on personal net billings
  • Car Allowance

To be considered for the Trainee Surveyor role you must have:

  • RICS accredited degree plus a minimum of 1 years Property related experience or a minimum of 4 years Property experience, with view of undertaking relevant qualifications
  • Self-Motivation to Study and Learn
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Desire to meet targets and deadlines
  • Driving Licence

As a Trainee Surveyor your role will involve:

  • Working alongside experienced Surveyors,
  • Undertaking risk assessment of properties for secured lending.
  • Assisting in the provision of professional services advice for clients and customers.
  • Supporting Surveyors with audit requirements, reports and marketing
  • Training and studying to obtain industry qualifications
