In this role, you will:

  • Control, plan, and monitor the daily electronic traffic sheet to optimise fleet operations.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers while ensuring cost-effective vehicle deployment.
  • Communicate any deviations in planned collections and deliveries promptly, ensuring seamless coordination with the Customer Service Unit (CSU).
  • Strive to achieve and exceed average weekly target revenue levels over a rolling 2-month period.

You will not only manage day-to-day operations but also contribute to the long-term improvement of services:

  • Follow up on the root causes of service issues to foster continuous improvement.
  • Maintain rigorous daily process controls to ensure compliance with ISO/QA standards
