In this role, you will:
- Control, plan, and monitor the daily electronic traffic sheet to optimise fleet operations.
- Deliver exceptional service to customers while ensuring cost-effective vehicle deployment.
- Communicate any deviations in planned collections and deliveries promptly, ensuring seamless coordination with the Customer Service Unit (CSU).
- Strive to achieve and exceed average weekly target revenue levels over a rolling 2-month period.
You will not only manage day-to-day operations but also contribute to the long-term improvement of services:
- Follow up on the root causes of service issues to foster continuous improvement.
- Maintain rigorous daily process controls to ensure compliance with ISO/QA standards
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and cost management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
