SRS Partnership have an exciting opportunity for anApprentice Production Administratorto join the production team at their new bespoke facility in Irvine.

Reporting to the Lead Production Admin you will assist in the following:

  • coordinating of planning activities of production
  • loading and dispatch to achieve production output, minimizing downtime and driving ongoing improvement while optimizing the manufacturing process for increased productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage delivery programme.

Manage and update Production Schedules.

Prepare works orders for individual loads & factory processes.

Prepare manufacturing data/files.

Data optimization.

Despatch orders for loaded trailers.

Producing stock data for stock checks.

Enter production data into spreadsheets/database as required.

Skills Desired

Computer literate, competent in the use of Microsoft packages including Excel.

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Dependable with a Flexible approach to working.

Enthusiastic & self-motivated and ability to motivate the team.

Results driven whilst participating in a team environment.

Strong communication skills (oral and written).

Excellent attention to detail.
