I'm currently working with a leading client in the Isle of Man who is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to join the business on a permanent basis.

You will be working as part of the Business Services Team and will be responsible for supporting several partners to ensure that work is handled effectively and efficiently whilst coordinating and overseeing a number of operational and business-related administrative duties. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external clients on all matters relating to your partners and will serve as a key liaison to leadership and senior management teams.

Key daily responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary and calendar management
  • Booking and managing domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas and expenses
  • Managing Partner inboxes and responding where relevant
  • Minute taking
  • Preparing meeting agendas and materials
  • Supporting the local office with on-site activities including events, networking and onboarding new starters
  • As you develop into your new role, there will be the opportunity for you to add value to certain initiatives and projects across the office and the business.

What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 - 3 years of recent experience in a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and communication skills and be proactive and able to adapt in changing circumstances. You will have a passion for people and be able to take the initiative.
