Ambition is partnered with a global accounting firm that are looking to expand their offshore Insolvency & Restructuring offering by hiring a new Restructuring Senior Manager to join their Isle of Man office.This role will see you join a well established offshore team with members spread across Guernsey and Jersey. Your role will be focused around building and developing the team's presence on the Isle of Man while collaborating on joint engagements with the Channel Islands offices.Requirements

  • Extensive experience of managing multiple complex insolvency and restructuring engagements.
  • Previous experience of managing teams is required
  • You'll hold a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/JIEB or other equivalent)
  • A strong understanding of UK insolvency legislation is preferred. Candidates with outside UK experience will be considered if they can demonstrate a high level of skill and knowledge in their own jurisdiction.
  • Prior experience of working on cross-border insolvency and asset recovery projects would be highly advantageous.
