Main Responsibilities
  • Exceed store sales targets and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Track and monitor business performance, communicating results effectively to the team.
  • Lead by example to ensure an outstanding customer experience and promote fashion-forward trends.
  • Develop and improve personal and team sales techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store reflects the latest trends.
  • Keep the store floor neat, clean, and organised, ensuring it meets brand and visual standards.
  • Drive commercial sales through a customer-focused approach, leading and motivating your team.
  • Manage store P&L and costs effectively to maintain profitability.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or a similar fast-paced retail environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to drive sales and motivate others.
  • Commercial Awareness: Ability to analyse business performance and drive results.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships with both customers and team members.
  • Passion: A passion for fashion, customer service, and achieving sales targets.
  • Qualifications: Experience in retail sales or management. Fashion retail experience is a plus, but not essential.
