My client is offering an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, professional, and passionate individuals to join their team, delivering high-value, bespoke telecom solutions to Jisc and 3rd sector organisations across the UK.Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Demand Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to unlock new business opportunities, achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Optimise the sales process, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads. Track and report on pipeline metrics regularly.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet monthly recurring revenue (MRR) goals, driving consistent business growth.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and enhance sales initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales enablement, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and maintain ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement, contributing to a positive and results-driven work environment.
  • Strategic Reporting: Provide monthly updates to the Director of Midmarket, highlighting scalable opportunities and key activities.
  • Customer Feedback System: Establish and maintain a system for gathering customer insights to drive improvements.
  • Sector Visibility: Represent our brand at industry events, through digital activities, and networking, enhancing our visibility and recognition in the public/nonprofit sector.

Essential experience

  • Deep understanding of the Jisc/or 3rd sector telecom market, with a demonstrable history of winning new business in this sector.
  • Demonstrated success in driving new business growth, with an established network of contacts.
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within the public sector, particularly with 3rd sector.
  • Strong connections with key decision-makers in the sector, with the ability to effect change quickly.
