Position Overview:
- Role: Graduate Primary Trainee Teacher
- Degree Requirement: Minimum 2:1 in any subject
- Contract: Full-time, long-term with a view to progressing into a teacher training program
- Location: Primary School in Hounslow, West London
- Salary: Earn up to £26,000 per year while training
- Training: Full mentorship and support provided to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Take responsibility for small groups of students and gradually lead whole-class lessons under guidance.
- Help manage classroom behavior and contribute to creating a positive learning environment.
- Develop your teaching skills and knowledge through hands-on experience, with support from senior staff and mentors.

- A graduate with a 2:1 or higher, who is enthusiastic about becoming a primary school teacher.
