Vacancy: PROPERTY MANAGER – Estate Agency and Residential Lettings
Location: Isleworth, TW7
Salary: OTE ÂŁ38k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A highly respected, professional Estate Agency covering the Isleworth area are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team.
The perfect candidate will have previous experience in all aspects of residential Property Management; have strong customer service skills; be decisive when faced with difficult problems and a competent problem solver.
You will also need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload.
Our client is looking for a candidate who has extensive residential Property Management experience. A candidate who is ARLA qualified would be preferable.
Most importantly, you will need to maintain the first-class customer service to Landlords and Tenants that the company prides itself on. Â
The Company: Our client is an independent, established Sales and Lettings agency based in Isleworth
Skills required for this Property Manager role will include:
- Previous experience in Residential Property ManagementÂ
- High level of customer service skillsÂ
- The ability to remain calm and consideredÂ
- Superb organisational skillsÂ
- Be able to prioritise workloadÂ
- A confident team playerÂ
- ARLA qualified preferredÂ
- Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationshipsÂ
- Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislationÂ
- Have a full UK driving licenceÂ
