About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading developer on a landmark residential project in Isleworth. This scheme, valued at 200m for 473 apartments and is in its early phases, with construction expected to span the next 10 years.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in overseeing MEP packages and guiding the team on-site. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and take ownership of critical aspects of this large-scale project.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated professional who brings:
- 7+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on MEP packages.
- A degree in a construction-related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience working on large-scale residential projects.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach.
- Availability to work on-site full-time in Isleworth.
