As a Specialist Teacher Assistant, your responsibilities would include -
- Be responsible for keeping up to date with safeguarding / health & safety policies.
- Value and use differences and diversities in learning support
- Actively seek to extend knowledge and skills relevant to supporting autistic learners with a range of barriers to learning and associated complexities (education, health, therapy and care).
- Have an ability to adapt your support style to meet a range of learners needs operating and across a variety of ages.
