We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in West London. This special needs school that supports young adults with a variety of diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping up to date with safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
- Ensuring a personalised approach to teaching in order to meet the needs of each individual
- Constantly refer back to using positive behaviour techniques
- Support across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
