SEN Teacher - Full Time - West London - October Start

We are currently recruiting for a full time SEN Teacher to work for a reputable special needs school based in West London. This special needs school specialise in creating a safe and vibrant learning environment for young autistic individuals to thrive and grow. This special needs school focus teaching on a 1:1 basis to ensure each student can unlock their full potential with confidence.

Your responsibilities as a SEN Teacher will include:

  • Be responsible for keeping up to date with the safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school.
  • Consistently apply Positive Behaviour Support strategies/Handling techniques.
  • Actively consider using a range of appropriate, motivating, age respectfulness resources.
  • Encourage self regulation to support access to learning and be willing to alter your own behavioural styles to best support learner engagement.
