Sonic Summary

We are seeking experienced Multi Traders for our property maintenance client in Islington.
The hourly rate for this position is £20, and candidates must have experience in two or more trades.
The role involves working in social housing properties, either in disrepair or tenanted.
Applicants should have prior experience in social housing and a clean driving license.
Working hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and a company van and fuel card are provided.

We are currently looking for experienced skilled Multi Traders due to our property maintenance client winning additional contracts in your area. This work is all based within the social housing sector in either disrepair or tenanted social housing properties based in the Islington.

Multi Trader job details:

Hourly rate: £20 an Hour
Area: Islington
Company van + fuel card
Hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm

Multi Trader key requirements:

As a multi trader you must be skilled in 2 or more trades, such as: plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting & decorating
Social housing experience
Clean driving licence
