The ideal candidate should have a degree and previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, preferably on residential projects.

Candidates should have previous experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar role and main contractor experience.

Duties will include:

Reporting toSenior Quantity Surveyor
Involvement from the pre-construction stages through to final accounts
Being responsible for your own packages
The preparation of tendering documents
Involvement in the procurement stages
