About the Role

The role is open to experienced SEN Teachers seeking full-time or part-time work, with competitive pay paid to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with SEN.
- Support pupils with a range of learning needs, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with SEN support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
- Implement and review EHCPs to ensure student progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with SEN students in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction.
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to teaching.
