Job Title: Mobile Electrical Engineer
Salary: £42,000
Location: Surrey, Woking and Reading
Alice Rose Recruitment is looking for a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer with a solid background in electrical maintenance to join one of the UKs leading property service providers. This role covers a commercial portfolio across Surrey, Woking and Guildford.
Mobile Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM), fault diagnosis, and plant adjustments.
- Inspect and maintain electrical and mechanical systems in line with contract specifications, including fault finding and equipment checks.
- Undertake general multi-skilled tasks like re-lamping luminaires, wiring system fault finding, and maintenance of various systems (motors, lighting, chillers, AHUs, and more).
- Complete and submit daily work sheets and maintenance records accurately and on time.
Mobile Electrical Engineer Requirements:
- Qualifications in Electrical City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent; BMS experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance for HVAC and water treatment.
- IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar in Health & Safety.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills.
- Effective time management and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
