We are seeking two Executive Assistants (EAs) for a corporate firm in Slough on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The position offers a salary of £22 per hour and requires working hours from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Candidates must have experience as an EA, as the role involves supporting two Managing Directors.
Key responsibilities include full email and diary management, scheduling meetings, and communication with global C-suite clients.
Additionally, the role involves extensive travel arrangements and collaboration with other PAs in the team.

We are currently looking for two EA's to join a corporate firm based in Slough for a 6 month FTC. This role is paying £22 hour and is working 9 - 5.30. An experienced EA is needed as this position is supporting two Managing Directors.

The role

Full email and diary management at C-Suite level, super fast-paced
Extensive support in scheduling a range of meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and notes.
Communication with external global c-suite clients, online and face-to-face meetings
Extensive National and Global travel arrangements with hotels and VISA organisation key.
Working with a team of other PA’s also.
