Reporting directly to the VP of Operations & Supply Chain, you’ll take charge of operational strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s tactical goals and delivers measurable results. Your mission? To continuously refine processes, exceed KPIs, and empower your team to perform at their best.

What does your CV need to demonstrate in order to be shortlisted for the Head of Manufacturing?
- Senior Management experience in a Manufacturing/Engineering/Production environmentÂ
- Demonstrable experience of implementing and executing operationally driven strategies for OTD
- Improve financial performance by managing inventory to meet plan.
- Worked in a regulated engineering environment such as; Automotive, Aerospace etc.Â
