Up to £45K Basic - £80k OTE  Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Lettings Manager, driving success and growth. If you're passionate about property, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a leadership role, this could be the perfect fit! Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage teams, meet and exceed lettings targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong client relationships.
  • Recruit, manage, and train staff, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Identify growth opportunities, driving business development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Lead by example, offering support and development to team members.
 Key Requirements:
  • Proven managerial experience in lettings or a related field.
  • Strong work ethic and drive for results and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage effectively.
  • Ability to take constructive criticism and continuously improve.
 Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Alternate Saturdays (2 per month)
  • Bank holidays off and generous annual leave package
 Your responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of residential lettings and conducting team meetings.
  • Identifying potential landlords and tenants, securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and ensuring compliance.
  • Conducting canvassing and accompanying viewings.
  • Managing withdrawals through negotiation and managing client expectations.
  • Managing pipeline progression and communicating regularly with landlords and tenants.
  • Maximizing value streams.
  • Conducting property valuations and preparing pre-valuation information.
  • Analysing market and business data to prepare landlord reports.
 The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in lettings.
  • A valid UK driving license.
