The Role
As our Key Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth by nurturing relationships with our most valuable clients. Your efforts will directly influence our success, helping us strengthen our market position while exceeding sales targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Relationships: Foster trust with key accounts through regular communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Drive Sales: Tailor offers, set competitive pricing, and upsell/cross-sell products to maximise profitability.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse trends, purchasing patterns, and performance metrics to shape strategic sales approaches.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Accurately process orders, track customer interactions, and enhance their experience.
  • Expand and Grow: Reactivate dormant accounts, acquire new clients, and surpass sales and margin targets.

What You Bring

  • Proven Expertise: B2B sales/account management experience, ideally in FMCG or wholesale.
  • Strong Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, mathematical savvy, and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Approachable, personable, and driven to provide outstanding service.
  • Multilingual Edge: Fluency in English is a must; an additional European language is a bonus!
