Role Overview:We are looking for a Temporary Office Administrator with strong Adobe Pro DC and Microsoft Office skills to support our clients team on a short-term basis. The main focus of this role is compiling, editing, and redacting PDF documents, alongside general office administration.Key Responsibilities:? Adobe Pro DC work – Creating PDF booklets, bookmarking, hyperlinking, and redacting sensitive information from medical records.? Administrative support – Downloading, printing, and scanning medical records.? General office duties – Assisting with stationery management, answering calls, unpacking supplies, and maintaining office areas.Essential Requirements:?? Proficiency in Adobe Pro DC – including bookmarking, hyperlinking, and redacting documents.?? Strong Microsoft Office skills.?? Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.??
