We are looking for a dedicated SEN 1-1 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Plymouth. As a SEN TA, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and assistance to students facing behavioural difficulties.

Responsibilities:

- Support students in managing their behaviour and emotions effectively

- Develop and implement individualised behaviour plans

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment

- Provide mentorship and guidance to help students make positive choices

Requirements:

- Experience working with students with behavioural needs

- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy

- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations

- Understanding of behaviour management strategies
