Location: St Peter’s, Jersey

Salary: ÂŁ40,685 - ÂŁ42,000 D.O.E + Market-leading Benefits

Hours: 40, 50/50, 8.00 am – 8.00 pm or 9.00 am – 4.00 pm

HCR is searching for a deputy manager to join a reputable prestigious, award-winning provider that provides 24/7 care around the clock! We are recruiting for an experienced residential Deputy Manager who wants to join a progressive service in Jersey.

The Deputy manager will support and influence positive behaviours throughout the service, using their initiative to support the home manager and team members to promote the highest standards of residential and dementia care. 

Deputy Manager Duties:

  • Ideally be able to do audits, staff appraisals, supervisions, rota planning, and support with training
  • The ideal deputy manager will be competent in legislation, governance, and JCC
  • Manage care assistants and seniors within the home and manage the home overall.
  • Ideally be able to support with staff absences, and recruitment and be able to use their initiative to support the manager within the home.

Deputy Manager Requirements:

  • Must have the right to work in Jersey
  • The deputy manager must have an RQF Medication qualification
