(Income tax within the Islands is fixed at 20%)

A full housing licence will be provided and assistance with relocation for candidates based outside of the Channel Islands who are looking to relocate to Jersey or Guernsey.

Experience:

· Manager or Director level - experience in Head of / Senior Manager level positions (role will have approx. 4 direct reports and 60 indirect)

· Focus on building teams, people management, development and mentoring

· Stakeholder management skills - will be working at a senior / C level

· Exposure to the Financial Services or Insurance sector would be advantageous
