My client is a UK-based fibre optic internet service provider dedicated to delivering the best digital connectivity to communities across the UK.

They are looking for a Field Sales Representative (Fibre Broadband Advisor) to join their Field-Based Sales team and help them achieve their ambitious customer acquisition targets for Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area. This role is predominantly field-based, involving direct engagement with prospective residential customers to subscribe to their full fibre broadband network.


Key Responsibilities: Field Sales Representative

  • Engage in door-to-door sales in connected areas
  • Convince prospective customers to join our growing customer base
  • Maintain professionalism, confidence, and flexibility
  • Help customers find better broadband solutions
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships via phone and email


Skills & Experience: Field Sales Representative

  • Comfortable with cold calling (in person or via telephone)
  • Able to prospect using various mediums (events, phone calls, door-to-door)
  • Patience and composure with challenging customers
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is advantageous
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Clean driving license and access to a reliable car for sales area travel
  • Full training is provided
