Office Manager

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and streamline administrative procedures within the organisation
- Manage a team of administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations
- Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures
- Foster effective communication across the organisation
- Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and statements, and reconcile bank statements
- Ensure compliance with current legislation and company guidelines for payments, insurances, contracts, and licences
- Oversee staff training, induction, and qualifications to ensure compliance and continuous development
- Complete regular staff supervisions/appraisals and support other areas of the business as needed
- Purchase materials with a cost-effective approach
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Office Management
- Strong time-management and people skills with a high degree of flexibility and multitasking ability
- Proficiency with office and accounting applications and enthusiasm for learning new software and systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Positive and professional attitude at all times
- Willingness to undergo further training and development as required
Desirable:
- Experience in office management within the service industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
- Working knowledge of Sage accounts
- Knowledge of scheduling and planning orders
