Description:

Preparing priced responses to a rolling pipeline of tender enquiries.
Receiving and logging enquiries onto the company shared drive and quote log as required.
Balance multiple enquiries at once, ensuring deadlines/closing dates are met.
Conduct detailed reviews and analysis of Tender Documentation, identifying any Value Engineering opportunities, technical and commercial requirements, potential risks and mitigation strategies.
Review and interpret client drawings, pipework designs, CAD, 3D models etc.
Work with Projects/Purchasing/Production/Commercial colleagues, as required, to develop robust cost estimates.
To ensure that all requirements of ISO 9001:2015 are satisfied as applicable to the scope of responsibility.
Prepare Cost sheets based on our internal cost structure and produce accurate estimates for Pipework/Project supply and installation work.
Produce take-off, bills of material, establish labour times and material costs.
Prepare for, and attend, pre-Tender adjudication/Tender Review meetings when required.
Assist with the follow-up of outstanding Quotations through to order placement as instructed and required.
Prepare and submit Contract Review/Handover documentation and attended Contract

Requirements:
Mechanical / engineering background is preferred
Water industry experience is preferred, but not essential
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Full UK Drivers License
Good computer skills
