Are you a dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for flexible work across Keighley and Skipton? We are currently seeking qualified bank staff to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality early years care and education. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, engaging, and nurturing care to children aged 0-5 years.
- Support the planning, delivery, and assessment of EYFS-based activities.
- Create a stimulating learning environment tailored to children's individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high standards of care and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, supporting children's progress.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing assessments.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Experience working with young children in an early years setting.
- Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 3 days a week.
- Willingness to travel to both Keighley and Skipton as required.
- A passion for child development and delivering high-quality care.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various settings as part of a team.
