Description
What you'll be doing:
Providing secretarial and administrative support to a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Preparing legal documents, contracts, and forms
Managing incoming calls, client queries, and diary management
Handling file opening, closing, and post-completion work
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
Ensuring all work is completed to high standards and within tight deadlines
Profile
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a Conveyancing Secretary or Legal Secretary role
Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Confident using case management systems and MS Office
A proactive and reliable team player
