- £43,000 - £50,000 per annum dependent upon experience
- Working 5 days per week:
- Monday to Thursday 08:30am until 17:00pm
- Friday 08:30am until 16:00pm

- Oversee and manage the audit process for a varied client portfolio
- Planning, executing, and finalising audits for a variety of clients
- Performing on-site audit work, either as part of a team or on one’s own.
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff, ensuring high standards of work
- Draft audited financial statements for our clients
- Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to director
- Complete assignments within agreed budgets and timescales and identify opportunities for additional billings.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and deadlines
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
- A motivated and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders and work independently or as part of a team.
- A problem-solver with strong analytical skills, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Ability to manage your own workload effectively.
- Audit experience is essential, with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, within accountancy practice.
- Strong understanding of accounting and audit methodology.
- Fully qualified ACA or ACCA
- Full driving license
- Able to use complex excel functions
