Job Advert: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: BD22 (Keighley Area)
Hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 3-5 full days a week
Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team in the Keighley (BD22) area. This is a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to work 3 to 5 days per week, with a flexible working pattern. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Supporting children's individual learning and development in line with the EYFS.
- Assisting with planning activities that promote learning through play.
- Observing and assessing children's progress, ensuring their developmental needs are met.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and team members.
- Supporting the setting's safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
