As a Finance Administrator, you will play an essential role in managing financial processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting the overall smooth operation for their company.Key Responsibilities of Finance Administrator:

  • Analyse data and upload courier recharges
  • Set up and maintain customer files and accounts
  • Perform credit control duties
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Oversee office management tasks, including ordering for office and customers
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure financial compliance
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel (Essential)
  • Familiarity with Mintsoft software and tools (Preferred)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills (Essential)
