Teconnex is a Global Manufacturing business, with its UK headquarters located in Keighley.

This site supports our supply chain, and the Logistics Mangers overseas a team on site, covering production & material planning, shipping, warehouse, end of line production and the customer services.

Our products are produced to demand for our customers, so JIT and inventory are essential and processed through our ERP systems.

We now seek to recruit a Logistics Manger to support our General Manager and deliver our services to our worldwide customers

Overview of duties

  • Lead and manage a direct team.
  • Measuring and challenging our KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure that we meet our customer demands
  • Developing internal relationships, with our manufacturing facility and other departments and senior management.
  • Analyse data using the necessary metrics and present proposals & recommendations to the General Manager
  • Leads by example, and mentor and develop direct teams
  • Projects Analyse data using the necessary metrics and present proposals & recommendations to the General Manager
  • Implements key strategies to achieve our 5 year plan goals for both existing and new business

About you

  • You will be an accomplished Logistics leader, with an ideal background spent within volume manufacturing, understands the complexity of the processes.
  • Proven experience in logistics management with a strong understanding of supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in data analysis skills to interpret complex information and make strategic decisions
  • A self-motivated and leader of staff that has led up to 50 members
  • Has experience of utilising ERP systems to support the supply chain
  • Would be advantageous if has knowledge of master planning systems
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
