Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive fire alarm and security systems, specialising in design, supply, installation, and ongoing maintenance services. To continue their seamless projects & contracts, they are seeking an Installation projects logistics manager.

The typical size of their projects are in the region of £10K - £150K for the installation, commissioning and handover of fire, VSS, intruder & access control systems.

You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of business projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope. Your role includes facilitating communication, coordinating tasks, and supporting project management. You'll collaborate with account managers, service managers, project managers, and team members to streamline workflow efficiently.

What's in it for you?

  • Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 (depending upon experience).
  • Monday - Friday (08:30 - 5:00).
  • This role will be predominantly based in the office but will require occasional travel typically within the Yorkshire area and occasionally Manchester.
  • Company car (after probation the car would change from a leased vehicle to a Tesla).
  • 25 days holiday +3 at Christmas + Bank Holidays.
  • Pension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review specification and estimates for project handover.
  • Project planning and scheduling.
  • Communication with the client in arranging convenient appointments.
  • Resource Management in allocating and managing engineers.
  • Risk Management producing and ensuring RAMS are in place.
  • Quality Assurance monitoring project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standard.
  • Provide adequate and effective support for the installation engineers.
  • Ensuring completion of reports and handover documentation to client.
  • Report KPIs and review completed projects with the account managers

Qualifications & Skills

  • GCSE's in Maths & English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience on installation for fire and security systems.
  • Experience on maintenance and commissioning of fire and security systems.
  • Experience on CASH preferable.
