Juliette Lister and Lisa Tremlett are currently assisting a Third Party Pensions Company who are presently recruiting for a DB Pensions Technician to work in either their London or Glasgow office.

Key Duties

You will bring technical experience and lead on key projects and scheme events to ensure they are completed within service level agreement and in line with procedural and client requirements

What you will do:

      • To work with the Technicians and Team Leader to deliver requirements for Scheme Events and Projects (timescales, deliverables, quality, sign off) and drive the planning process.
      • To be responsible for the accuracy and quality of Scheme Events and Projects.
      • To understand, build, maintain and enhance customer relationships
      • To ensure that all technical information / change is cascaded to the team and processes are updated as appropriate..
      • Regularly review the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and controls and make suggestions to continually enhance service delivery, improve processes and reduce potential complaints and business risks.
      • To support and assist the management team where required in all aspects of service delivery and business support for example, ad hoc projects, auditing, etc.

Your skills and experience will include:

      • To deliver key projects and scheme events
      • Hands-on knowledge of DB pension schemes
      • Intermediate - Advanced + Excel skills - ability to do use v. lookup/pivot tables.
      • Strong IT and MS Excel skills
      • Analytical, sharp eye for detail and able to organise and manage own time
      • To support the team on complex casework, high value cases and complaints.
