Paraplanner - West Yorkshire, Remote/ Flexible Working - £40K + Benefits (potentially to £45K)

Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for a role with genuine flexibility and long-term career prospects?

A well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisors, based in the West Yorkshire area, is looking to recruit a skilled and detail-oriented Paraplanner to support their growing team. This role offers exceptional flexibility, with the option to work remotely for the majority of the time and attend the office as little as once per month for meetings - or more frequently if preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting financial planners with research, analysis, and report writing.
  • Preparing suitability reports and recommendations in line with compliance requirements.
  • Conducting in-depth product and investment research.
  • Liaising with clients and providers to gather necessary information.
  • Assisting in the development of financial planning strategies.
About You:
  • Previous experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or wealth management environment.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards).
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
