Are you a Project Director looking for an immediately available 6-month contract role within the power generation industry?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Director with experience managing construction projects within the power generation sector to join an exciting project as it comes to its commissioning phase at a brand new substation.

This company are working alongside one of the largest energy companies in the UK to help build a brand new substation in the Keith area. With the project coming to its commissioning phase, the Project Director will oversee the whole project and act as the interface between the end client and projects team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing construction infrastructure projects within the power generation or electrical distribution sectors. They will also have good commercial acumen and be comfortable interacting with the end client. They must be happy to work 5-days a week in Keith, Scotland.

The Role:

* Will be responsible for the day to day running of the project
* Manage the project to time and budget
* Present KPIs and deliverables to head office
* Acting as the go-between for the end client and the project team

The Person:

* Previous experience managing construction infrastructure projects
* Proven experience within the power generation or electrical distribution sectors
* Good commercial acumen
* Available for an immediate start
* Happy to work in the Keith area 5-days a week
