In this role you will be looking after a team of three parts advisors, conducting managerial duties such as reviews and training and report directly to the Depot Manager. You will take on the responsibilities typical of a Parts Advisor, helping with tricky accounts and resolving any problems through excellent customer service.This company is a market leading manufacturer and supplier of plant and agricultural equipment in the United Kingdom. • Being responsible for a team of 3 Parts Advisors
• Conducting managerial responsibilities such as managing overtime, team performance and resolving complex customer requirements
• Picking and packing stock for customers and Engineers
