- Material Flow Management: Coordinate material movement, picking, part delivery, and storage.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records, implement cycle counting, and follow FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Work with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to maintain inventory and support on-time delivery.
- Order Fulfilment: Oversee the picking, packing, and shipment of orders for aftermarket sales.
- Documentation: Process necessary documentation for shipment to customers.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to improvements in warehouse operations and material management.
- Stock Management: Assist in annual stocktakes and managing excess or obsolete materials.
- Operational Equipment: Operate light manufacturing equipment as required.
- Experience in warehouse, stores, or materials management, ideally in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems for material and inventory management.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Leadership skills to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in warehouse management.
- Experience in warehouse or materials management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing setting.
