As our client continues to expand, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring optimal equipment performance, providing hands-on support, and maintaining excellent customer relationships across Scotland and the North Midlands.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborating with clients to provide tailored technical support.
- Keeping detailed records of service activities, including maintenance and repair reports.
- Training customers on best practices for equipment use and maintenance.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates will have:
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer
- Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering
- Experience in water treatment systems (especially Chlorine Dioxide) is desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and can think critically under pressure
- A valid UK driving licence and are willing to travel across Scotland and the North of England
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build & maintain client relationships
