The role is working as part of a larger organisation but within a smalller tight knit team based just outside Witham. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales coordination background, exceptional customer service skills, and a proactive attitude toward driving results.
The role offers a base salary of 24,000 - 25,000 plus a commission package which takes the OTE to 29,000 - 30,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Build new business and manage existing client relationships using various communication channels.
- Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate information.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and provide tailored advice to meet customer needs.
- Work on building long term client relationships and repeat business
- Manage detailed operational information effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance commercial relationships with clients.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and a strong results driven background
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong general computer skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and problem-solving skills.
