Role Responsibilities
- Acting as the Tax Relationship Partner for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Delivering high-quality tax consultancy services, ensuring effective workflow and adherence to budgets
- Leading client engagements from scoping and planning through to implementation, maintaining strong communication throughout
- Monitoring work progress and using closure discussions to identify further opportunities for client referrals and growth
- Ensuring compliance with the firm’s Tax Consultancy Service Line Standards and Risk Procedures
- Providing leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Undertaking business development activities to support individual and team fee targets

Candidate Requirements
- CTA qualification or an equivalent professional tax qualification
- A proven track record as a thought leader in tax consultancy, with strong technical expertise
- Exceptional client relationship management skills and the ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly
- Leadership experience, including managing teams and mentoring staff
- A proactive approach to business development and a focus on achieving growth targets
