Location: Kendal 

Duration: 3-6 months temporary assignment with potential to go permanent 

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join my clients team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial in ensuring their financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. It also has the potential to go permanent.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • At least level 2 AAT Qualified (preferred) 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
