Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head Chef in delivering consistent, high-quality food
- Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
- Ensuring all prep and mise en place is ready for service
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Training and guiding junior members of the team
- Contributing to menu ideas, development, and seasonal changes
