BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
CARNFORTH - OFFICE BASED

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are recruiting for a well established business who have been established over 25 years and are growing their team and are looking for a Business Development Manager.
This role is solely focusing on new business development, you will drive business by identifying and developing new opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Sales Development Representative, BDR, SDR, Internal Sales or similar role.
THE ROLE:
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth, expand market presence, and meet sales targets.
- Source and qualify new leads through cold calling, attending industry events, leveraging professional networks, and using CRM tools effectively.
- Present company solutions to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their unique needs, and demonstrating the value the company can bring to their business.
- Secure long-term partnerships with new clients, ensuring strong and lasting relationships are formed from the outset.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on key strategies and refine pitch materials to effectively target new prospects.
- Drive revenue generation by meeting or exceeding set KPIs and sales targets.
THE PERSON:
- Proven experience in new business development.
- Must have a strong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships.
- Ambitious and driven individual with a natural ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor pitches to diverse audiences.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to work.
