Are you looking for a rewarding part-time role in customer service? We are excited to present an opportunity to join our client's team as a Part-Time Customer Service Support at their Kendal office. This position is perfect for those who want to contribute to a small, established team while balancing other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

As a crucial member of the team, you will manage orders and provide essential administrative support to managers. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Order Management: Enter and oversee orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Stock Maintenance: Update stock availability and maintain accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing in Amazon's system.
  • Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders promptly.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with external warehouse providers and delivery companies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support Account Managers: Participate in regular online meetings to discuss operational issues and plan future requirements.
  • Utilise Systems: Use customer systems and SAP for daily operations efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing improvements of current practises and contribute to your role's development.
  • Warehouse Duties: Handle the picking, packing, and dispatching of small orders from the Kendal warehouse.
  • General Office Tasks: Assist in stock takes and perform other office-related tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Experience with Amazon's Vendor Central system (preferred).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • An analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A calm and helpful demeanour in all customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage your workload efficiently.
  • A clean driving licence is a plus.
