To support their ambitious plans, they are looking for a talented Senior Finance Business Partner to join their team. The Role:As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving the financial performance of the business. You will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across the company to provide strategic insight and financial guidance, helping shape the future direction of the business. This role will be split between management accounting and business partnering, with a significant focus on the latter. You will also manage and develop a team of two finance professionals, ensuring they reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and operational managers, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive decision-making and business growth. Prepare, analyse, and present monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and relevance for key stakeholders. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic planning. Collaborate closely with non-financial teams to understand their needs, provide financial support, and challenge assumptions to ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage and mentor two direct reports, overseeing their day-to-day activities and fostering their professional development. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting systems, and overall business performance. Provide detailed variance analysis and commentary on financial performance against budget, forecasts, and prior periods. Develop and maintain robust financial models to support key business initiatives and decision-making. What We're Looking For:Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar role. Strong management accounting background with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team, with a focus on coaching and leadership. Proactive, analytical, and commercially minded with a passion for driving business performance. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a solutions-focused mindset.
